Hannah started as a member at Boxstar Training in 2021 and immediately found a passion for the sport. Combining her education degree with her love for fitness, her goal is to teach members proper form and technique. She is committed to bringing high energy to every class and making Boxstar a place you look forward to coming to.

Jonathan is a long time member turned coach and is a great example of what passion for the sport and commitment to the learning process can produce. His kickboxing journey began in 2018 when he stepped into Boxstar. Since then his enthusiasm and desire to learn has lead him to train in Kickboxing and Muay Thai around the world, including Thailand. He has also served as an assistant kickboxing fight camp coach alongside veteran coach Doug Lis. Jonathan’s analytical approach has helped him develop into a great striking coach.

Hi, I’m Mon! I started boxing 8 years ago because I was really interested in self defense, but I quickly fell in love with how great of a workout it is. I’ve been teaching for 2 years now. One of the main reasons I love teaching at Boxstar is that everyone that walks through the door has a different reason on why they are here, yet Boxstar has brought us all together.
Liz Vetrano has been teaching yoga to both kids and adults since 2017. She is a 95-hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing training to be a certified Original Hot Yoga Association teacher. Her classes are for all levels and open to both members and nonmembers.
