Boxstar Training Buffalo is now located within the Warrior Room at Catalyst Fitness (1999 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207).  You must have both a Catalyst Fitness membership of your choice, and a Boxstar Training membership of your choice to sign up for a class.  Both may be purchased at the front desk.
