Boxstar Training Buffalo now offers 8-week kids boxing sessions for ages 7-11. These classes focus on teaching kids the fundamentals or boxing, the importance of fitness, discipline, respect, and FUN! Studies find that children participating in these types of programs are less likely to be bullied, and perhaps even more importantly, less likely to bully someone else.
Founded by brothers, Drew and Mike Graziadei, Boxstar Training is the first boxing fitness gym of its kind in Buffalo, NY. Our gym is conveniently located inside Catalyst Fitness at 1999 Elmwood Avenue in North Buffalo. Drew, a two-time super heavyweight NYS Golden Gloves Champion used his fight training and conditioning experience to build a unique and effective fitness program for individuals at any level. Since opening its doors in July of 2017 Boxstar Training has grown, opening two more locations in One Seneca Tower and on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda. Our classes consist of 12 to 15 three-minute rounds that combine boxing, kickboxing, resistance training, and conditioning for a hybrid workout unlike any other. All packed into one kick-ass routine that will be sure to push you to your limit. It’s just you, the heavy bag, and your two fists. Come ready to work!
