Boxstar Training is one of the first workout facilities anywhere to combine boxing/kickboxing, strength training, and conditioning into a full body workout for anyone looking for a unique and fun approach to fitness.  Our core boxing hybrid fitness classes consist of 12 to 15 three-minute rounds of high intensity cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and calisthenics.  In addition to our core boxing fitness classes, we offer classes that focus on boxing/kickboxing technique, for those interested in the sport and looking for more than just a great workout.  These classes are taught by former fighters, some with decades of experience.

BOXING HYBRID CLASSES

BELOW THE BELT (BOX N' LIFT)

Blast your legs with this hardcore fitness conditioning class. A combination of Boxing/Kickboxing and a strict focus on lower body movements put into one intense resistance training routine. This is a great training session for all fitness levels.

OFF THE HOOK (BOX N' LIFT)

Get that upper body pumped with this hardcore fitness conditioning class. A combination of Boxing/Kickboxing and a strict focus on upper body movements put into one intense resistance training routine. This is a great training session for all fitness levels.

THE OG (Boxing Circuit)

The first class that we started with here at Boxstar Training. A 100% Boxing/Kickboxing based fitness class that will challenge all fitness levels.

POWER PUNCH

Every Thursday you can bring a different/new friend to your favorite workout class and let them see what Boxstar is all about. If you'd like to bring a friend, please call or email beforehand. This class is a high intensity Boxing/Kickboxing based program, along with a hardcore strength and conditioning program. The highlight is explosive power movements!!!!

BODY SHOT

A high intensity Boxing/Kickboxing based fitness program, along with an intense full body calisthenics conditioning routine!!!!

COUNTER PUNCH

Boxing based workout that focuses on specific movements for boxing & kickboxing.

KICKIN' IT

A mix of boxing and kick boxing!

BACK TO BASICS - KICKBOXING TECHNIQUE CLASS

Kickboxing fundamentals & light sparring. Mouth piece and shin guards required.

BOX N' HOP

A high intensity boxing/kickboxing class that includes an explosive agility and plyometric conditioning routine.

BOX N' LIFT

A fitness conditioning class with a combination of boxing/kickboxing and endurance resistance training/weight lifting.
